We’ll start with an understanding of how your brain functions and will introduce you to non-medication interventions for ADHD like computerized cognitive training, mindfulness meditation, and neurofeedback. We’ll also guide you through the research on exercise, movement, diet, sleep, disruptive technologies, and environmental influences on ADHD.
